Another great recipe from Kraft. It was very tasty and my husband loved it. I served it with steamed green beans and potatoes.
I made this recipe using spicy ranch instead of the mayo/lemon juice. It added alot of flavor and was VERY yummy!!
Very yummy. I added Italian seasoning and Basil to the crushed crackers & cheese mixture. I also salt and peppered the chicken before I put it into the mayo. I sprayed the cookie sheet as well as the top of the chicken and turned over half way through cooking and it came out nice and crunchy. I did have quite a bit of the cracker mixture left over so next time I will cut that in half. Will definitely make this again!
really fast and easy to make. It's a little bland, so next time I will use some spices with the crackers
I love this recipe. The only change I made was to add a little more cheese and lemon juice. I am going to try and add basil and onion powder next time. My husband and I both loved it.
I followed it exactly and not only was it rather bland; but the Ritz crackers were mushy. I think I'd add spices or try ranch dressing with Panko crumbs next time
LOVED THIS! I cut my chicken breasts into strips and instead of mayo and lemon juice I dipped the chicken in homemade ranch dressing! My 11yr old gobbled this up and asked for more!! We will definitely be making this a regular meal in our family!!
Made this for my husband and kids. They loved, loved, loved it. It's one of my meals that I make all the time now. I have also cooked it for other family members and friends and all ask for the recipe.
Really good, quick and easy recipe. Chicken was very moist. My husband even wanted to know what was in the coating.
I loved this recipe. I didn't follow it exactly due to some missing ingredients so I improvised a bit. Instead of using mayo, I used a delicious creamy onion dressing, and I added some crushed French Onion chips to the Ritz crackers and seasoned with basil, oregano, and black pepper. This turned out soooooooo DELICIOUS!!! Of course I always season my fish, poultry, or meat, which made it very flavorful on the inside as well. I served this up with garlic mash, and some sauteed green beans and yellow peppers. A definite keeper!
