I loved this recipe. I didn't follow it exactly due to some missing ingredients so I improvised a bit. Instead of using mayo, I used a delicious creamy onion dressing, and I added some crushed French Onion chips to the Ritz crackers and seasoned with basil, oregano, and black pepper. This turned out soooooooo DELICIOUS!!! Of course I always season my fish, poultry, or meat, which made it very flavorful on the inside as well. I served this up with garlic mash, and some sauteed green beans and yellow peppers. A definite keeper!
