Delicious! I added some spices to the cracker mixture (garlic & onion powder, basil, Italian seasoning). I had alot of mayo & cracker mixture left over. You really don't need the amounts it calls for...maybe 1/2 c of mayo & 20 crackers. It was really juicy and tasted fabulous! Will make again for sure!

delicious and easy to make. i add a little more seasoning-Mrs.Dash and Aldbo. I also added a little orange juice to the lemon juice and i topped it with mozzarella cheese

fixed this for my husband, substituted orange juice for lemon, and cooked about 1 hr total. Very good and super easy

This recipe was fantastic! I dredged my chicken breasts in ranch dressing instead of the mayo and lemon juice. It was so incredibly flavorful. The hubby gobbled it up! This is going to be a new household favorite! Thanks so much!

This was one of the best oven baked chicken recipes I have made. The outside was crunchy & the inside was moist & tender. I did add black pepper & garlic powder to the cracker crumbs & cheese mixture. So tastey & my guests just loved it too. Easy to make & easy cleanup. Will certainly be making many more times.

VERY easy to make and tasty. I threw it together in 5 minutes and put it in the oven before getting my daughter from school and it was ready when we got home! I added a tsp. of Italian seasoning for more flavor. YUM!!!
