These were very easy to make and tasted great! The Ritz crackers added a nice crispy, yet flaky texture. We'll definitely make these again.

I have made this recipe lots of times now and everyone loves it! I use the Vegetable Ritz instead of the regular and it doesn't seem to be missing any spices. I also prefer to use the real shredded parmesan cheese (made by Kraft in a shaker, but it looks like shredded cheese). This recipe is SO easy!

I was looking forward to this as I love Ritz crackers. The chicken turned out good but something seemed to be missing with the coating. Didn't seem crunchy enough or may have been missing an herb or spice to add some zest. My husband liked it a lot, though.

This was a good recipe. I used half miracle whip and half mayo because I ran out. I think I will add a little spice next time.

I made this for my boyfriend twice now. He is not a fan of mayo. I didn't tell him the recipe called for mayo. He didn't seem to notice the mayo taste. For the second time, instead of using the grated parm cheese from the plastic container, I purchase a fresh block of parmesan cheese and grated it myself. I also added a little dried basil, rosemary and thyme to the crushed crackers. The taste was much more flavorful!
