I made this for my boyfriend twice now. He is not a fan of mayo. I didn't tell him the recipe called for mayo. He didn't seem to notice the mayo taste. For the second time, instead of using the grated parm cheese from the plastic container, I purchase a fresh block of parmesan cheese and grated it myself. I also added a little dried basil, rosemary and thyme to the crushed crackers. The taste was much more flavorful!
