I used savory instead of basil and coupled it with cheesey broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. It was ok, but its not one of those try more than once things. Needs lots of spice personalization.

Very easy to make. Added dried basil and dried parsley to the crushed ritz crackers. Also used Kraft Miracle Whip instead of the regular mayo listed in recipe. This added a tasty zest to the chicken.

my bf is a guy who only eats chicken. some recipes become very dry. he raved about his recipe. i think the lemon juice really helps contain the moisture. i have actually used flavored crackers to sub the ritz and is phenomenal! making tonite actually!

I had all the ingredients except the lemon juice and substituted it with a garlic and lemon dressing. It was still WONDERFUL! It reminded me of my dads country cooking. I am looking forward to trying it with the lemon juice. It is a simple recipe that taste great without the fuss.

Delicious! One of our new favorites. The chicken was so moist. My husband loved it, too.

I was very impressed with this recipe! One change I made was to use parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing instead of the mayonnaise - it really brought out the parmesan flavor. Next time, I would add a little more lemon juice to the dressing to make it thinner and less clumpy. I served it with glazed baby carrots and oven-roasted rosemary potatoes for a quick weekday dinner. Definitely a keeper!
