WOW I think most of us can agree this recipe is great. I made it as part of my appertizer line for Thanksgiving dinner. And with being so busy with everything else I need something I could make ahead. What a hit. Every one was asking for more. I made it the way the recipe called for maybe with a little bit of salt. I the morning of and baked 15min. after the turkey was out of the oven. People thought I bought them gourme at the store or spent to much time on them. NOT at ALL. I recommend this recipe as a crowd pleaser. Thumbs up!

I've never really liked mushrooms. However, the flavor of the stuffing made me for get that. I did top them with a little extra colby jack cheese. The combination of flavors made it delicious.

recipe was great and well received. Although, I did add zesty italian dressing for more flavor and to moisten up the crackers. I also omitted the parmesan cheese and subbed shredded jack and cheddar blend on top. Very good!

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms to begin with, but if you do like them, make sure you season the stuffing mixture.

These are really good. A big hit at my last two parties. I have to say tho, they take a bit of time to prep and make... I used larger mushrooms so I could get more bang. It's a bummer using the small caps... So much work for a tiny piece of enjoyment. Very good tho!
