The Ultimate Stuffed Mushroom recipe
We don’t use the word "ultimate" loosely. Each one of these delectable stuffed appetizers is bursting with rich, buttery-tasting RITZ Cracker crumbs and cheesy flavor.

This recipe was great! The butter mixed in with the veggies gave it a wonderful flavor. I didn't have any crackers to crunch up, so I just added more left over mushroom stems and that worked just fine. Also, to add a little extra taste, I brushed the mushroom caps with Italian dressing and spinkled shredded cheese over the fillings. It was delicious! I wish I had more mushrooms so I could make a second batch!
These were so yummy. My mom was coming in town to visit so I made them the night before. They were so good, my friend and I ate them and I had to make another batch for my mother before she arrived. I even found out she ate them for breakfast after I bought pancakes, eggs, and bacon for her.
These were easy to make and had a nice flavor. My husband was surprised at how well the parmesan came through. I think next time I'll try some of the suggested add-ins, like crab or shrimp.
Not bad. It tasted rather bland but definitely has potential with some extra zing.
I have made this recipe several times and love it each time. I usually add either cooked shrimp or crab meat to the mixture and add a little butter on top of each mushroom before I bake them. Rave reviews from my friends, always wanting more!
I didn't know if i was going to like them but they were really good. will make again.
I made this for a special occasion one night for my wife and we LOVED it! This is by far one of the best I have found and I would recommend this as a perfect companion to almost any meal...Bon Appitite
I've made this so many times I've lost count. I make them ever time we eat steak for dinner. I've played around with the ingredients. Beings I live in Alaska I like to use what is native around here. We've used crab and salmon. I like to use green onions, and both red & green peppers, but I also put extra cracker crumbs & parmesan on top and drizzle them with extra butter. After they're done cooking I put a little more parmesan on top, this is one of my husband's favorite.
I actually added ground turkey sausage to this recipe. Whenever I make them there is never any left. I love the way they hold together!
