The Ultimate Stuffed Mushroom recipe
We don’t use the word "ultimate" loosely. Each one of these delectable stuffed appetizers is bursting with rich, buttery-tasting Ritz Cracker crumbs and cheesy flavor.

I made this as a starter for my family @ Thanksgiving and it was a definite crowd pleaser! I am going to use it again for the SuperBowl Party.
These were a huge hit, so tasty!
I loved them!! They were so easy to make and were very tasty and low in fat!
i made this recipe for christmas and everyone loved them. they were gone in no time. i will definitely make them again. a tip for getting the stems out of the mushrooms, use a melon baller. it is so easy.
WONDERFUL RECIPE - I added a tad of salt to bring out the flavors. I am considering using this mixture for large portobellos to make an entire meal. If you like mushrooms, you will love this!
Very good! Everyone loved them and they were easy to make. I did them ahead of time and took them to the party to cook in the hosts oven. They came out perfect and I wasn't worried about traveling with them and keeping them hot.
This was a very good recipe but next time I might put some shredded mozzarella in the breadcrumb mixture, it just wasnt cheesy enough.
I get the request to make these atleast 3 times a year. No one knows where I got the recipe, and I tell them it's been in the family for years. This is great with any italian meal, or simple finger foods. I usually make the bacon pinwheels with it too. Additional tip I would like to add, is that I make a strawberry lemonade. I make a gallon of country time lemonade, and add strawberry puree ( in the frozen isle). I let it thaw, and add it to the lemonade.
My husband and our families loved these...they were gone within minutes!
I made these for Thanksgiving and they were such a hit. They were gone in a matter of minutes. People kept popping them in their mouth while going through the rest of the food line. Made me feel good. :) Also they were very easy to make and the inside stuffing is AMAZING!
