It really and truly needs more cheese, and less ritz crackers. The crackers made it kind of dry. I would suggest maybe alternating the recipe with a bit more mozzerella cheese on the top when done.
My family and I love this recipe. I usually make 40 to 50 at a time because they go so fast and taste so good. I always loved a local restuarant for their mushrooms, but now I make them for myself without having to pay such a high price. My mother hated mushrooms until she tried these and now she is constantly begging me to make them. Thanks a bunch.
I was having dinner for friends and one friend wanted to bring something. She said she wanted to try the Cheesy Broccoli Casserole in your new spring book. I said ok. I also get your book so I re-looked at recipe. Thought will go well with my Loin of Pork Roast with a spicy rub and a sweet sour glaze. Then the recipe above the broccoli caught my eye, the mushrooms. One of my other friends just loves muchrooms, but her roomate doesn't so she only get when I make them. I had a small pkg of regular mushrooms and decided to try. There was only 14 mushroom of various sizes in ctn, but I did them. Boy of Boy... what a winner all around. The person that doesn't like mushrooms ate 3.. it got so we were fighting for the last couple. Nobody wanted to be the hog and take the last one. My friend said "You do have more in the oven right?" she was disappointed. This is a keeper and good for you.. I will go and rate the Cheesy Broccoli Casserole because that also had ingredients not liked
DELICIOUS!!! My friends and I are addicted to these stuffed mushrooms at this restaurant we go to, so when I found this recipe, I thought why not. Now we are addicted to MY stuffed mushrooms!
This was very tasty and easy to make. When baking, the mushroom stuffing was a little dry so I added more butter on top. I would definitely make this again!
I didn't make this, but a friend did. Delicious! I will make them!
I made these ahead of time for a family dinner. They were great. Everyone loved them, a nice change from chips and dip, or just veggies & dip. I will make this recipe again.
I made these for a party and they were a huge hit!!! Very good!! It was enough to hold you over till dinner!!

I made it like the rescipe and then again adding 1/4 pound of immitation lobster meat. Both were a Hit
