This was very nice looking and delicious, however, it didn't set up very well. I couldn't get all the Jell-O to dissolve in such a small amount of water. My 3 year old was stirring for me and I guess it didn't get mixed fast enough. I'll have to do the mixing next time, or adjust the hot water to ice water ratio. Thanks for the recipes Kraft, and for the latest magazine!!!
