Awsome! I loved it. I used Italian Sausage and it gave it that little extra "kick". With that and the Parmesan Cheese this chili was great!!

I loved this chili although it was more like chili mac. I made it the day before so when I warmed it up it was very thick but still very good. I added a extra tbsp of chili powder and 1/4 tea salt. I used undrained mild chili beans and small salad shells for the pasta [ they cook a little faster ] I will make this again but will serve it right away next time.

I'm not a big chili fan, but I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with chili since it was the first cool day of fall and he had been craving it. We both LOVED this recipe. I added 1 can of chili beans, some shredded cheddar, about 2 Tb of chili powder, 1 1/2 Tb of minced garlic, and dried minced onion instead of a fresh onion. It turned out extremely well. I'm glad I put the extra can of beans in, otherwise, it would not have been as hearty. Next time, I will also add pinto beans. I also made cornbread, which went extremely well with the chili. This is a definite must-try!

I made this last night for dinner and loved it. I thought it had a very good flavor. I will make this again sometime soon.

Quick and easy to make. Hubby layered it over corn chips and sprinkled with cheddar cheese. Would be good with cornbread or garlic bread also.
