I made this salad for my family and they loved it. I will make this again. I was thinking af adding an avacado to it.

I really enjoyed this. It's a great dish for lunch or a summer dinner. Definitely will make it again.

I think all I need to say is that my husband is not a big salad eater, and he ate two servings of this. This is a very good salad and a great way to get your family to eat more vegetables.
