I MADE THIS FOR DINNER LAST NIGHT AND USED LEFTOVER TURKEY FROM THANKSGIVING SO DIDN'T HAVE TO COOK THE CHICKEN FIRST, EVERY EASY DINNER. NEEDS SOME FRESH CRACKED PEPPER ON TOP WHEN SERVED. GOOD MEAL FOR A CHRISTMAS DISH WITH THE RED AND GREEN.

I made this recipe with a few substitutions based upon what I had in my kitchen at the time. I used DiGuorno Pesto sauce in place of the dressing, substituted red pepper for the tomato, and left out the bacon. My husband said, "Yeah, I think I really like this!"

GREAT! This was an awesome recipe and so healthy . . .I did switch up a bit and used half ceaser italian and half zesty italian dressing also a few spices. Definately a hit with me and I am a picky eater!

Used Creamy Ceasar dressing in place of Zesty Italian. Also used pre-cooked fajita chicken in place of uncooked chicken. Family loved it, even my daughter and she hates everything!
