I usually hate velveeta cheese, but in this recipe it was great! I also used thighs instead of breasts because that's what I had on hand....even our company had great comments!

This was very good - the kids loved it!! Of course, you have to season the chicken - but thats all I changed, with a little water to thin the sauce. Definately one we'll make again. Nice combo!

It was GREAT! I did make a few alterations such as: add pepper & garlic to the chicken while it cooked AND use fresh broccoli-I cut it and boiled it on high for 1 min. b/f adding to the mix). It was great! Serve with fresh green salad and rolls to add a hearty feel. Everyone in the house loved it (2 kids & 4 adults). Another idea we had was to cut up the chicken instead of serving a whole breast so it would be great for the hubby's to take as leftovers the next day.

The chicken was too bland. The sauce was the only thing that was tasty. The chicken needs to be seasoned before cooking, even marinated would improve the flavor. Not a good recipe for adults that enjoy good food!

This was really easy to make and tasted great. I substituted chicken and broccoli flavored rice instead of white rice.

I cut the chicken up into bit size piece, it cooked faster.

This dinner was delicious and SO EASY! I made this recipe for more people by using 4 large chicken breasts and chopping them in cubes. Everyone in my family of 5 people loved it, and my grandmother who is visiting us and cannot eat a large variety of fat-laden foods was able to eat this deceitfully tasty meal. She also loved it.
