I forgot to put the cream of chicken into it, but it still came out yummy. I loved the cheesiness. Very simple and quick. I'll probably try it with different flavored rice next time.

WOW, This was SO good!!! I used up some leftover mexican style rice I had in the fridge and replaced the velveeta with some queso sauce i had on hand!

Quick and easy to make. I did season the chicken a little before hand though. Kids loved it. Will definately make again.

This recipe was super easy to make and well liked in our house. I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts, since that was what I had on hand. Served over brown rice. Will definitely make again.

I didn't have any Velveeta or broccoli so I used what I had on hand which was peas, carrots, and Philly cream cheese, it was amazing!!! You never can go wrong with chicken, rice, and veggies. oh I also used brown rice.
