Cheesy Chicken Simmer

This was very easy to make! I also had to add some spices to give it more flavor, I put in a tomato & basil type season spices, and much more of the broccoli too. But, I would make it again... it was good.

This was a big hit with my young kids! The sauce was delicious. Very easy too.

Very quick and tasty. Did need the whole bag of broccoli. My 7 and 4 year old ate everything. I added corn on the side.

I don't keep velvetta in the house so I used shredded cheddar. I did add salt,pepper and garlic to chicken when cooking it. I also added some water when I added the soup like someone recommended. I did add some parsley along with the soup and cheese because I thought it still needed some taste. My 11 and 13 year olds liked it but said next time to add more than 2 cups brocolli because it was no where near enough.

I did this recipe just a little different. I used Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup and one cup of sour cream mixed w/milk for the sauce, and put over chicken fried rice. This added just a little more flavor and was great with the veggies.

Very good, but i also added everything together at the end.

I made this and my family loved it. My husband and my 1 1/2 year old, who are a little picky, ate it. I would make this again. I did add some salt and pepper to the chicken before I cooked it though, to give it more flavor. Excellent!!
