This is a tasty and most of all easy (very!) to make. My kids loved it and were even asking for seconds. I'm making it tonite because I know my kids will enjoy it and so will I.

Absolutely delicious!!! I can't wait to make it again! Very easy and fun to cook! My boyfriend, who's a picky eater, loved it - there was nothing left!!! I made sure to season the chicken before adding other ingredients!

Excellent! And SOOOO easy! My parents LOVE it and made me make it for my siblings! In fact we had it again last night! It's a hit! Easy to double, triple and quadruple! lol Great with Chicken tenders also! Also great with Fresh Broccoli

My husband and I loved this!! My husband is a typical country boy and eats a TON, so it's hard to find good, hardy recipe's anymore, and he really likes this recipe. Which is perfect for the 2 of us, 3 chicken breasts for him and 1 for me!

My husband really liked this recipe and I thought it was OK. He likes broccoli a lot more than I do though. I seasoned my chicken with lemmon pepper and salt and just eyeballed all of the ingredients.

we absolutely loved this meal! i skipped the broccoli because my husband isnt a fan, but i think next time, i will definitely use it! would definitely make again!

I thought this recipe was great! I read it in my daughter's magazine and it sounded intriguing--she made it too and thought it was delicious. Chicken was tender and pretty juicy without being underdone. Also I served buttered noodles with it instead of rice. Good dish for a single person--I ate half of it tonight and will save the rest for another day.
