my son and I don't care for broccoli so we picked it out. It added a nice flavor to the rice though.

very good and easy. double the velveta, used fresh broccoli and cream of mushroom soup as that is what i had. I cut the chicken into bite size pieces and used one of those flavored packages of cheesy broccoli rice. No left overs this was really good!

It was a bit bland. Add a few spices to it and I am sure it would be better. However it was not a hit for my family.

I jazzed it up a little bit my fam is used to more spice. Seasoned chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika. After turning meat I added 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1 clove minced garlic. Added 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach with broccoli & soup. Very easy to make and even my picky son ate every bite!

Simple yet satisfying! I love this! I also cut up the chicken breast into bite size pieces since ive got little ones, and they love it as well!

It was good... but need to strain the oil first... and i used cheddar cheese soup, instead of cream of chicken.
