Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring frequently.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Was pretty good and very easy to make. My boys both ate it and thats not an easy feat. It was also a nice change from the standard spagetti and meatballs.

I have made this recipe over ten times now and I love it everytime! I always add extra cream cheese to it to make it really creamy!

My favorite restaurant has the best bolognese sauce and I was so excited to make this dish. However, I was pretty disappointed. I didn't think this had much taste at all. It needs some spices or more dressing or something. I would use petite diced Italian tomatoes that already have basil and other spices in it.

it was tasty i guess...but i wouldn't dare use the word ZESTY. i added a small zucchini from the garden and some garlic to pep it up some. like i said, tasty, ok. but certainly not zesty.

My husband said it was the best he's ever had and he is the one who usually makes the spaghetti at our house because his is usually better!!

Very easy the whole family enjoyed it. I added more cream cheese and garlic and mushrooms . We had plenty for leftovers.
