Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring frequently.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Easy to make. I used tomatoes with mushrooms and garlic and added italian seasoning it was delicious!

I have made this recipe several times, and my family loves it. The cream cheese takes away the tang of the tomatoes so the sauce is very creamy and delicious

I made this a few nights ago and I thought it was very good and very easy to make. I actually made something similar a couple of weeks ago using sweet italian sausage, peppers and mushrooms.

Overall, it was pretty good. The sauce seemed a little too watery. Next time I will try to thicken it more. My husband is so picky and liked it OK, but he was not crazy about it. He said it reminded him of hamburger helper....maybe this was due to the cook's error.

This is by far the best spaghetti I've had. I wanted to try it because of all the great reviews it got. I love the idea of making my own sauce. I also added a can of mushrooms, and I think I actually put too much cream cheese in it. Other than that (and that was my own fault) it was great.
