I really enjoyed the taste but my husband thought it need a more tomato taste to it. He said it tasted too much like plain ground beef. Next time will try adding some other things to it.

This was easier to make then I first thought!!! My husband loves this! He was actually surprised that he liked it so. I did add a lot of cheese right before I served it to him to make it that much better but it was amazing without!

This was so yummy! The italian dressing really made this excellent. I added mushrooms and a clove of fresh garlic and it was fantastic.

My daughter in law is Italian. The people in Northern Itlay-Bolognese- eat a lot of meat - hence the title of the recipe. Italians like lots of flavor. This recipe is a great shortcut, but next time I am going to try adding some pork sausage for additional zest!! It would be fun to add it to Penne Pasta as well, for a different presentation and texture!
