This was very good! I wasn't sure about what cream cheese would do to the taste but it really made it great! My boyfriend loved it and he's not a big pasta fan.

Great, easy recipe! It's now a go-to favorite of ours!!

I misread the recipe and used spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce but I think it made it much better!! This was a great recipe that will definitely be made again.

Really easy weeknight meal with a good twist to the normal spaghetti. Even the 5 year old had second helpings.

I really liked this dish, but I thought it needed extra seasoning. I will use seasoned tomatoes and sauce next time and add some garlic. I really liked the addition of cream cheese, just a little bit gave the sauce a really nice creaminess.

This may have been the best spaghetti I've ever made. My family loved it! A simple twist on your everyday spaghetti dinner. And super easy. I used Philadelphia cream cheese in place of the Neuftchatel and "garlic and olive oil" diced tomatoes. I will definitely make this again.

I was not a fan of this recipe. I didn't think that there was enough tomato sauce to even cover the pasta, so it ended up being dry. My husband didn't like this either and he'll eat just about anything.

My whole family thought this recipe was to die for! I usually try a new recipe and then put it on a recipe card if I like it. I knew even before the cream cheese was added that it was a winner and it was on the card and in my recipe box before it was even finished cooking. Next time I'm going to quadruple the recipe and freeze it in individual bags to boil up during the week for a quick meal.

Tasty, but not quite as amazing as the reviews led me to expect. I added a chopped red pepper, a clove of garlic, and some fresh basil and also used the garlic and onion variety of diced tomatoes.
