This is a great base for a quick spaghetti sauce. I have another recipe I adore, but it really neese to cook for 2 or 3 hours and during the week, I don't have that kind of time. This I can do in less than an hour. You need to add some seasoning - I did basil, oregano, garlic and red pepper flake, but even with changing it up a bit, it still is much quicker than my traditional sauce - and my hubby loves it!
