Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring frequently.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Drain pasta; place on platter. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Best spaghetti sauce I've ever made and I have made a lot. The only thing I added was 2 teaspoons of minced garlic you can never go wrong with garlic in pasta sauce and cooked it for about ten minutes longer than what it said. Definatley a keeper.

Delicious! This has been added to our list of regular dishes! The sauce does seem a little thin but once you start eating it- it is the perfect consistancy. My husband can be a picky eater and I think he could eat this every night!

It was good, but like previous reviews said, it needed more seasoning. I added basil, oregano, seasoned salt and pepper and garlic powder. The cream cheese adds a nice tangy flavor.

I stumbled upon this recipe about 6 months ago and it will become our spaghetti recipe for life! We make sure to always have Zesty Italian dressing on hand and chopped onions and ground beef in the freezer just so we can make our favorite spaghetti! Delicious! I do add my own seasoning...oregono, chili powder, etc. Make it your own!
