This was an easy and delicious dessert. Would highly recommend you try it. I did buy a bag of sweetened mixed frozen fruit with rasperries, blueberries, strawberries and used it instead. Turned out fabuolous.

I have done the lemon one several times and it is better each time. Have also done one with banana pudding with banana as the extra. I truly enjoy the magazine. These pie ideas for spring and summer are really refreshing!

I made the Lemon Rasp version. Everyone enjoyed it but It never really "set" up. It put in the freezer and it was better that way. It could use some more Lemon flavor. Like Zest or juice. And I would add some rasp. Sauce to the filling. It would be better that way.

i think i misread the directions. the pie filling did not thicken up at all and it didn't end up in "pie" form, but i ended up sticking this in the freezer and it was good that way :)

Iserved this recipe using chocolate pudding and marshmallows. I called it a s'mores pie cause my grandson loves to make s'mores. Everyone loved it!

I made the pistaccio version--simple and delightful!! I love the taste of pistaccio, but think that pudding is too strong, so I loved the idea of mixing it with the whipped topping. Also, my boyfriend (who NEVER eats sweets) ate more of this than I do! Thumbs up!
