Best with almond Hershy Kisses!

The trick to this recipe is to keep the cookies small. Do not big cookies because the chocolate is too far from the edge changing the flavor from very chocolate to a little bit of chocolate.

I love these cookies and finally decided to use this recipe. I was dissapointed in the peanutbutter taste. I avoided using the chopped peanuts, b/c I don't like that crunchiness in my cookie, but that might have been where the rest of the panut flavor went. If I try this recipe again, I will add more peanut butter, or try changing it a little to make the taste more to my liking. If I can't get it righ tby the third time, I will be looking for a new recipe to try.

A family friend make this around the holidays or parties. She said it's so easy to make. When she first made at one of the parties, it was very, good. I loved it. I will make it around the holidays for work. That's when we have our X-mas party. I already made my Bulls Eyes & everyone loved it. Thanks!!!
