My kids and I loved this recipe. I omitted the mushrooms since we do not like them. I used the large can of crushed tomatos instead of the 14.5 oz can. I also added a couple squirts of italian dressing before starting the crock pot. The chicken was tender and tasty, I can't wait to go home today and eat the left overs. Definately a keeper!

This recipe really hit the spot. I did make some variations bacause upon looking at the recipe, I knew it would be too bland for my taste. I used only 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs. I also used already seasoned crushed tomatoes but still added the thyme. I used 3 cloves of garlic and omitted the mushrooms. I left my peppers in pretty big chunks because I didn't want them to break apart. I ate it over rice and my husband at it over egg noodles. Served it with garlic bread. I will be making this again in a couple of weeks because my sister will love it.

This was pretty easy to make. The veggies were to overcooked for my taste though. But I'll definetly make again and add the veggies a little later.

I've tried it thinking it would be good and looked pretty easy. It was easy but it tasted really bland. My husband said cross this off my book right away.

This was great!! I made it with drumsticks only and added more crushed tomato and garlic. I also added a couple of squirts of the dressing to the crockpot. Will definitely make again.

This was delicious!!! I made it the night before and ate it for dinner the next night. All I had to do was make rice and heat it up! It was yummy! My husband loved it too! I would definitely make this again!

I used boneless chicken breast, and cut up about 4 tomatoes instead of sauce.Although I am not a fan of tomatoes,peppers and onions, I enjoy eating the chicken and sauce over rice. My husband never gets tired of this recipe!

OK, so I am extreamly lazy, I put in 2 jars of peppers and onions in sauce (like the stuff used in hot sausage) doctored it up with some more veggies and it was great!!!

My family loved this recipe. I added a 14.5 oz can of additional of chopped tomatoes.
