My family really loved this dish, minus the mushrooms.I prepared it the night before so in the morning I just had to turn on the crock pot! Very easy to make!

A great recipe and very easy to make. The chicken falls off the bones - no waste at all. Will certainly make it again. Ken

Got rave reviews with this dish, so easy to make! I think it would be even better to marinate the chicken before browning, I'm going to try that next time that I make this dish. I also added another clove of garlic to mine as we love garlic!

This was a tasty dinner that I will make again. I added some extra sauted mushrooms and peppers at the end for more color and texture. I served it over brown rice.

My husband and I really liked this recipie. I thought it could use a little more seasoning. I did add some wine to it, which was good. I made the mistake of adding to much tomotoes and liquid which made it a little to thin. But it was very very good, and I will make it again, that is for sure

I made this for my family and they flipped! A few variations: I doubled the garlic and used a 24 ounce can of crushed tomatoes. I also added 2 TBS of Bortelli Basil Pest for an extra bit of tast. EXCELLENT!!

This recipe is an answer to a busy cook's prayer. My husband is very particular and thinks only good tasting food takes time. I served this up with thin linquini and he thought I had been cooking for days to get the sauce just right. I didn't even brown the chicken. Loved the method using salad dressings - will try other vinagrettes like oriental or raspberry onion with appropriate veggies over rice condiderht

I've made this many times but have changed the recipe just a bit. I don't brown the chicken at all -- just add it to the pot with everything else and the chicken comes out tender and delicious everytime.

Recipe was easy, had a wonderful taste and aroma. I did add some of my own herbs & spices. I do this with all my recipes, and I added all drumsticks.
