My kind of recipe - VERY easy to prepare! I did make a few changes/substitutions tho'. I used diced tomatoes instead of crushed, boneless chicken breasts (family doesn't like dark meat) instead of legs and thighs, and egg noodles instead of rice. Overall it was a good meal, however, it could have used a little more "zip" flavor wise. Perhaps more garlic and/or spices like oregano, basil and red pepper flakes. I think pre-seasoned diced tomatoes (instead of plain ones) would help as well.
