This was very easy and delicious. I used a large can of crushed tomatoes and boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Also, added a little pesto as another reviewer suggested. Will definitely make this again.

The chicken gets cooked to death. The veggies taste great though!

This recipe is very good. Two thumbs up. I've made it for company and they loved it. I used boneless chicken breasts and spaghetti sauce, in place of the chicken thighs and canned tomatoes. I also put the mixture over pasta.

felt that the recipe did not have alot of flavor and was very bland and watery, my husband was not a fan.

This is delicious! My family doesn't eat mushrooms so I omitted them, but the flavor was still great. And I went with other readers suggestions and served mashed potatoes instead of rice, and I think it make a big difference. My husband has already requested I make it again!

I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out terrible. It was all one big clump of mush...yuck. I won't be making this again.
