I thought this was great, the hubby said give it four stars. I must admit, I didn't add the raisins and I forgot the parsley but otherwise followed the recipe to a tee. I would definitely make this again.

I like slaw with a little sweet taste, and this one is great. Took it to a dinner party and everyone loved it. I don't like raisins, so I substituted craisins. Yum.

My family really liked these. I didn't use the carrots and I thought the relish was a bit much, but then again, I'm not a big fan of relish. We may try it with canned salmon too.

Easy; Looks good and tastes good; Works without raisins and I have added apples and dried cranberries. Lighter than regular coleslaw. Received favorable coments from family and guests.

This is an excellent coleslaw. I will eliminate a few carrots the next time I make it as my husband though there was too much carrot in it, otherwise he liked it.
