Balsamic-Marinated Flank Steak

Loved the flavor, even my husband (who is very picky about his steak) loved it and wants to have it again. Who would have thought a little dressing could make a meal pop?

What You Need

3/4

cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)

Make It

step 1

POUR dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.

step 2

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness. Remove from grill; cover.

step 3

LET stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

Make it Easy

Freeze flank steak in dressing in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. To thaw steak, place bag in refrigerator. The steak will marinate in the dressing as it thaws.

I followed the directions of the video exactly and my family and I thought it was delicious. I had never tried flank steak before but will definitely make this again.

The first time I ever tried flank steak, I was disappointed. Then I watched Kraft's video. I am grilling the Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak recipe this afternoon for the second time. Following the directions exactly as indicated made it a huge success at our home. It was juicy, tender and extremely flavorful. Ummm, can't wait for more!!

I used wrong cut of meat, and it was tough. Use any kind of marinade.

Another great marinade is the Sun-dried Tomato salad dressing. The longer you marinate, the better the steak!

The flank steak was soooo moist and tender. My kids kept wanting more of it and my husband couldn't believe i marinated in salad dressing. This recipe is a keeper.

It was delicious and very tender. My hubbys looked better b/c his was med. rare, but I am preggers, so I had to eat it well done.
