My family loves it. Have a nice spice and flavor! (for me I don't do a lot of spice but it doesn't bother me that much to eat it)

These were awesome. I made them ahead of time for a Cinco De Mayo party and dropped them in the oil when guests arrived. The velveeta cheese makes this recipe!

These were a hit for our cinqo de mayo dinner. For once I didn't alter the recipe and it was just the right amount of spice for my husband plus I could add hot sauce to the outside for me. Hubby wants it on the rotation.

I found this recipe and decided to make it as close to the recipe as I could with the ingredients I had. They were great. Since then, I've made them close to 10 more times. The whole family loves them.

I burned my first two, the temperature of the oil was way too hot. They were in for less than a minute. Next time I'm going to put it between low and medium heat. I added potatoes and left out onions. Also used Velveeta queso blanco. Really good if they hadn't burned.

This was okay but back when I was a kid, my mom used to put potato in with the meat and no cheese. I guess the potato was to there to stretch the meat since she was feeding a family of 7. Just the same, it was delicious!

Theres a spanish restaurant I used to go to just for these and marguritas :). Now I only go for the marguritas because for the price I pay at the restaurant, Im making batches of these at home. they are delicious.

Perfect way to end the day. The whole family loved this and now I make it twice a month! I do make it with ground turkey and some sauteed onions and peppers, really brings out the flavor of the veggies.
