This was good. I actually used a little pepperjack along with the velveeta cheese. It was really good and even my picky daughter liked it.

We really enjoyed this recipe although they were a little greasy they tasted good. very filling!

This was fantastic! I substituted chicken for the beef, and it reminded me of my mexican favorite - the chicken crazy taco! My son, a VERY picky eater, just kept saying "Oh, this is soooo good!" with every bite! Definitely a winner!

i had some trouble keeping them together but when they were done they were delicious !

Very good & super easy!! I found frying in the skillet to only get the tops and bottom so next time I would use a fryer, but overall, it still had the crunch associated with a fried tortilla. I added guacamole as well, which I always like.

The filling is dry. Need to add more cheese or something to moisten it up a bit.

Just make sure the tortillas are soft enough to fold. I broke a couple because mine were hard. Otherwise it is VERY yummy!

This recipe was great. My family loved it. They actually had me make it twice in one week. I would recommend seasoning the beef though. I used onion powder and cumin. It came out superb.
