This was a good base recipe, but like others said it needed taco seasoning and beans in the filling. And sharp cheddar instead of Velveeta. Also I spray a baking pan with cooking spray such as Pam. Place the filled Chimis on the pan and spray a light coating of Pam over them. Then Bake at 500 degrees for about ten minutes. Crispy but with less fat and mess.

Easy to make and very delicious! The whole family enjoyed them so this one is going on regular rotation in the menu.

This recipe is good - but it's a little bland and could use a few extras. I also think I would use a different cheese (real cheese instead of velveeta) next time

Very tasty and easy to make. I did add some taco seasoning to the meat and used ground turkey instead of beef.

I made these last night and they came out really good. The only thing I recommend is adding more seasoning or a taco seasoning packet. Other than that, very easy to make and very filling!

I also added taco seasoning to the meat. Then I melted the Velveeta into the meat mixture. Very tasty!

SO DELICIOUS! I followed the recipe to a T but next time I think I'll jazz it up with some beans and peppers.

Quick and easy recipe, but it was a little greasey from being browned in grease. Next time I will bake them in the oven or place on the electric grill.
