Needed a little more spice but overall easy to make and everyone enjoyed them . Will make again soon .

I substituted shredded chicken for the beef. It was good, but very greasy. I do plan on making it again, but it is not something I would make often.

I made these for a get-together... everyone said they liked them. I thought they were a pain to make (I attempted to fry them, but thought instead it would be healthier to bake them... they turned out very good when baked). I don't remember adding all of the ingredients to it, but I had lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa to top them.

I forgot to add to my comment that I also added salt and pepper. It was weird to me that the recipe didn't call for it, but I added some anyways and turned out really good.

Tortilla came out very flaky, and they reheated well the next day in the toaster oven! Great recipe.

Before I had made this recipe, I had read the comments from the others who had made it. In response to the person who said it was a little bland, I seasoned the hamburger with Taco Bell taco seasoning, and it turned out very good! My husband said they were the best Chimichangas he ever tasted!

This recipe was very good. I did not have any porblems keeping the chimichangas together while frying them. I did add one packet of taco seasoning to the meat and that gave it a lot more flavor. I deffinitely recomend this recipe to anyone who has a family.

My "on a health kick" husband didn't want these fried, so I baked them at 350 for about 12 min. The tortillas dried out a bit, but that was compensated by the extra salsa and guacamole we had with it.

Very good, but the meat needs more seasoning in it. It was kind of bland. Also needs a salsa or pico de gallo on the side.
