This was a great change from the regular sandwich and chip lunch plate. I've tried it with both rye bread just toasted ( which I liked more ) and with the grilled version. It is easy, and have a great flavor....really beats the mayo, mustard plain jane sandwich !!!

No problem getting it to crisp. Just make sure not to saturate bread with dressing. I thought this was a nice twist to the traditional grilled ham sandwich. I will make this again and share it with my friends.

the bread never got crisp and there was no dominant flavor. i could not taste the swiss, the parmesan, or italian dressing. i was not satisfied at all.
