As much as I love broccoli, this recipe did not go over well. I'm not sure if it was the dressing or just not enough cheese, whatever the reason, my family and I thought "Yuck"

I made this for a Thanksgiving side dish. People liked it, but I was disappointed. Broccoli is just one of those vegetables that gets cold quickly, so the cheese got hard within about 10 minutes. It just wasn't the steaming hot, cheesy broccoli that I had envisioned.

Really liked it but my boyfriend said the italian dressing was a little much. I'll try it next time w/ oil and vinegar.

I can't wait to share this recipe. We loved it, and it was so easy to fix. I used more cheese than it called for, but for me you can never have too much cheese. I will make this often.

It was quick and easy. As I was mashing potatoes, it was cooking. Was able to serve everything hot and all ready at the same time.
