We've said it before—less is more. And it doesn't get any simpler than these better-for-you Parmesan and balsamic-topped tomatoes, toasted on the grill.

This recipe was very easy to make and my husband loved them. I cooked them in the stove instead of the grill on 350 for 20 min.

These weren't as good as I thought they would have been. My cheese didn't really melt it sort of just sat there on the tomato. Next time I would use a different cheese like cheddar.

Very good. I used yellow tomatoes for this recipie. They are meatier and less juicy, so you have less mess, and more yummy tomato. They are also less acidic and easy on the tummy. Next time I will try this with Kraft grated mozzerella cheese and basil for Grilled Caprese Tomatoes!

I modified this Recipe...6 Grams of Fat is FAR too much for a veggie side dish, so I used Kraft FAT FREE Italian Salad Dressing, and a few shakes of my Dairy-Free, Soy , .5 Grams Fat Grated Cheese...Each serving works out to LESS than one Gram of Fat...and NO ONE will be able to discern the difference.
