These were very tasty, but probably would have been better without the skins!

So simple and quick. Had friends over who isn't fond of tomatoes, he ate 2!! They are delicious! I used oregano, mozz cheese and sun-dried roasted red pepper Italian dressing. Next time I am going to use bread crumbs and real bacon bits.

I have been making this recipe for years, I thought I was theonly one to make it! I put a bit of oregano, garlic, and Kraft fat free Italian dressing on mine though! (in the winter, I broil them!!) My family LOVES when I make them, and my picky son gobbles them up!!

I didn't know if we would like this so I only made one tomato, I wish I would of made more.
