We've said it before—less is more. And it doesn't get any simpler than these better-for-you Parmesan and balsamic-topped tomatoes, toasted on the grill.

We served these at a BBQ for our son's 21st birthday last Sunday. Everyone loved them. We used plain olive oil, shredded parmesan & sprinkled them with a little basil. So very good. Thanks

I made these for our July 4th BBQ. My dad and father-in-law LOVED these. My dad made my mom get the recipe! My husband loves them too. It's going to become our summer staple.

Very easy and delicious. I love tomatoes so this was a perfect side. Especially when grilling large steaks, a nice small side is perfect.

Instead of the grill I put these under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Works just the same!

My husband being southern born and raised, loved these. My only suggestion for next time is to use smaller tomatoes. I had these along with the Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, my husband just raved about both.

My husband and I loved this! I tried putting these under the broiler instead of on the grill, but the chees started browning too quickly & the tomatoes weren't getting soft yet. So, I just baked them for about 15-20 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Next time I'll use Fresh Grated Parmasean Cheese instead of the powder form and I'll add the chopped basil After the tomatoes have cooked so the basil doens't lose all its flavor. DELICIOUS, and so pretty on the plate!

i crushed barbequed pork skins in the food processor then added dried basil and parm cheese. sprinkled this onthe tomato ans then added the balsamic vin. dressing. the flavor combos are endless - just like my supply of garden tomatoes. try this recipe on roma tomatoes split lengthwise.

I grilled the tomatoes on reynolds wrap so it was easy to remove from the grill, I mixed seasoned bread crumbs, brown sugar, and fresh basil and placed about a tablespoon on each tomatoe, dab of butter, and squirt of sun dried tomatoe Kraft dressing - topping with graded cheese of choice. They were great and the flavor outstanding. No Dishes, quick clean up.

Make these every summer using the tomatoes from my garden. Italian dressing is my choice also. Great way to get the kids interested in tomatoes.
