I changed the recipe slightly, layered the fresh tomato slices (about 3-4 slices/tomato) with parmesan cheese, Itailan Seasoning, Crushed Saltine Crackers, Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bake 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, let set 5 minutes before serving. The top actually gets crunchie, yum :)
