We've said it before—less is more. And it doesn't get any simpler than these better-for-you Parmesan and balsamic-topped tomatoes, toasted on the grill.

Very good! As others said this is a great way to use up tomatoes from the garden. I didn't have balsamic dressing so I just dunked the tomatoes in italian dressing, topped half with parmesan and half with shredded mexican cheese, baked 10 min. at 375 degrees. Loved it!!

These are YUMMY. I've also made them by sprinkling italian bread crumbs, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven. Eat them as is or toss into some pasta.

Instead of putting them into the oven for that long of a time I put garlic infused olive oil, salt and pepper and grated mozzarella cheese on top and put them under the broiler. They don't get mushy and taste great!

I make this often - a big hit with by husband. It gets too mushy if you bake too long so keep a close eye on them.

I've used this recipe many times. I often substitute other salad dressings and so I have a variety of flavors. I especially like a basil vinegrette dressing. I also bake it in a 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes. This is a good, no fuss recipe that is ready in minutes.

This was SO good and EASY! The whole family loved it - and even the leftovers warmed up nicely. We will be making this again!
