Salmon gets a mouthwatering spicy-sweet flavor boost from mustard and maple syrup. Cayenne pepper adds a little heat to make things even more interesting.

Wow this dish was delicious!! Probably one of the best meals I have made, and my fiance even said it tasted like a meal from a restaurant!! I used fresh ginger, and it made the marinade more fresh and yummy. I also grilled the fish in foil so it wouldn't fall apart. The salmon was so tender and the flavors were wonderful together. I served with oven-roasted asparagus, baked sweet potato, and sourdough bread. Best meal ever!!!

This salmon recipe was so good. My 6 year old thought it was a bit spicy, but everyone else loved it. I sprinkled the salmon with salt and pepper after the oil. This is going in my keeper file!

This was the most delicious salmon ever! It was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Definitely a keeper!

Our family is trying to eat healthier. I had all the ingredients on hand, had good reviews decided to give it a try. Tasted much better than expected. The marinade combo seemed strange but gave the fish excellent flavor. Can't wait to try it on grilled shrimp kabobs.

I made this recipe again tonight. It was the first time for my husband and I felt bad because I had forgot to marinate it. It still turned out great! Thanks!

Only ok. Followed the recipe to the letter and I expected much more flavor.
