This is so good! I have a very picky eater in my house and she lovd it. It is very flavorful and the pineaple sets it off. I make it often and never have leftovers.

i made this with the porkchops just like the original recipe and the porkchops had no taste at all. it taste pretty plain and boring. if i was going to make this again i would add something else to this.

Overall this recipe was quick and easy to make. The only modifications that I made to the recipe was to season the pork chops with a little salt and pepper and I put less pineapple chunks then the recipe asked for. My husband liked it a lot, but I think that the next time I make it, I will add more rice to the recipe as well.

Love this recipe, but used chicken, instead of pork. It's great!

Very easy but used carrots and peas like a few other users. used boneless pork chops.. it cooked faster. Yummy! Picky eater husband actually said it was good... my two year old had it gone in seconds

My family and I love this. I make it with chicken instead of pork chops. I also add some more rice. We top it off with soy sauce. Yummy!

I've made this dish a few times and loved it every time! The only drawback is you have to be careful not to overcook the pork. It can easily dry out due to the citrus from the pineapple. Great easy recipe!

I made this the other night. My husband said it was a little to sweet for him, but he ate it anyway and I loved it. The pineapple just gave it a nice flavor. Next time I make it, will cut back on the pineapple just a little (hehe). He will still eat it.
