I made this in my electric skillet. I added a few tablespoons of soy sauce and let the meat simmer on a very low heat for about 45 minutes. The pork chops turned out tender and flavorful. I cooked the rice separately, and then let everyone put the meat and vegetables over their rice. My family really liked it. There were no leftovers. I would definitely make this again because it was so easy.

First time making this and it was a hit with my husband. I used cut up pork instead of chops. Not going to change a thing otherwise. I am going to try in on chicken next.

The only problem I had was that it took longer than expected to get the pork chops fully cooked. NEXT TIME: I will cut the pork chops up into bite size pieces for quicker cooking. The flavor was very good, and I will try this again!

We were looking for a good pork chop recipe and this was delicious! I used light Catalina dressing and brown rice. My family loved it! The sauce tasted just like sweet and sour sauce. Definitely adding this one to the recipe book!

I made this using frozen, pre-cooked chicken breast chunks. It was pretty good, but the next time I think I'll add some soy sauce and maybe some more of the dressing. I will also make it in a pot because it filled my frying pan to the brim.
