Husband loved this recipe and he's not big on one pot dishes. As previous comment suggested, I also added garlic powder directly to meat before browning. Didn't have any instant rice so used orzo pasta instead and simmered 10 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes. Turned out great!

The pork chops had no flavor. The sauce was good, but the rice did not absorb all of the liquid, it was too juicy. I think the pork chops need to simmer longer than 5-10 minutes in order to get the flavor of the sauce.

I loved this tasty dish! My husband thought my mom prepared it! It was simple to prepare and I was able to finish it after a long and exhausting day at work. I sent the recipe to my sisters and they all agreed...this is a tasty dish! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to taking the guess work out of, "what's for dinner dear".

I made this recipe with chicken breasts and it was delicious. I will make it again and again and will also try it with pork.

i havent tried it yet, but it looks very tasty, and we love pork chops, so i will let u know how we do like it. thanks , i really do appreciate all your recipes, they all sound so good and easy,wish i had more time to stay home and do cook them,but when i do i surely do use yours , dedicated. miriam
