i havent tried it yet, but it looks very tasty, and we love pork chops, so i will let u know how we do like it. thanks , i really do appreciate all your recipes, they all sound so good and easy,wish i had more time to stay home and do cook them,but when i do i surely do use yours , dedicated. miriam

I read the previous comments and took the advice of Maime81 and put garlic powder and pepper on the pork before I browned it. I had minus the peppers (did not have those on hand) and whole family loved it! I used brown rice instead of white.

Wonderful Dish!!! Add pepper and garlic to the pork before you brown the meat...that gives it flavor and I didn't brown it for 5 mins on each side...just enough to get color on the outside....very juicy!!

The pork chops turned out very dry without a lot of flavor , but the flavor of the rice mixture was very good!

The rice mix was excellent. The pork chops came out very dry though. A bit disappointing. Next time I will cook the chops separately and add them to the rice before serving. Tastes like chinese sweet and sour pork.

This recipe was so delisous. all the flavors went together perfectly. My family loved the sweet flavor especilly. Its definetly a crowd pleaser.

YUM! sometimes its hard to get the family to eat pork chops. The pinnaple sauce really tasted great on them.

Quick & easy meal to prepare. Pineapple adds flavor. Husband and grown son loved it. I used green instead of yellow peppers to give a little more color.
