I used 2 pork chops and a 20 oz can of pineapple chunks. Other wise followed the recipe as written. It came out perfect. Had to transfer to a lg skillet before adding rice but I'll remember that next time.

I would only use 1 can of pineapple next time. The taste can be kind of overpowering in the it.

I would cook the rice and everything while grilling the pork chops and place them on top. When I followed the recipie it was too watery.

Enjoyed the meal but the meat was bland. What saved it was the sweetness of the rice.

Excellent, easy, quick and tasty meal. My family has come to love it.

I followed the recipe exactly, it was bland, definitely needed some more seasoning and cooking time. I think the chops would be better in chunks, add some salt and pepper, maybe some soy sauce and cayenne pepper to kick it up. Might try it again, but will definitely add a few things to it.

somewhat dry - next time will reduce cooking time and use a bigger skillet so the rice sits more in the liquid and cooks beter.

The whole family loved it. The only thing I would change is instead of pineapple chunks I would use crushed.

I love it! instead of catalina dressing i used zesty italian and chunks of pork. My husband really liked it. it kinda tasted like sweet and sour pork.
