wonderful. Porkchops were so tender, I like to substitute salsa for the green peppers.

I fixed this last night. It made the house smell wonderful, and we were looking foreward to sitting down and eating. It had no flavor. It needed something...and I followed the recipe completely. I'm bad about making a recipe mine, by adding this or that. It was tasteless and needed something. If I make this again, I'll add some spice and kick.

I have to agree that this dish needs more flavor. I seasoned the pork chops with garlic salt and added soy sauce but still needed more of something. I used brown rice instead of the white. I will make this again but boost the flavor up.

I grilled the pork chops and then simmered them with the rice the last 10 minutes. Doubled the recipe for company and it cooked up great in a big electric fry pan. We all LOVED it and the colors make a beautiful presentation too.

Very good meal. I did add ginger and soy sauce. I cut up the pork chops into bite size pieces so everything was the same size. This made it easier to eat, quicker, and more moist. Try it, everyone loved it :)

I loved this recipe, but I substituted the Catalina dressing for French dressing (my fiance hates Catalina). I made it again, but this time I cup up leftover porkchops, I added cup up pieces of chicken and added some pre-cooked seasoned shrimp.
