I've made this dish a few times and loved it every time! The only drawback is you have to be careful not to overcook the pork. It can easily dry out due to the citrus from the pineapple. Great easy recipe!

I made this the other night. My husband said it was a little to sweet for him, but he ate it anyway and I loved it. The pineapple just gave it a nice flavor. Next time I make it, will cut back on the pineapple just a little (hehe). He will still eat it.

This was really good. But I think it has the potential to be alot better.

This was wonderful... and even better as leftovers, it re-heated wonderfully! I substituted the peppers for carrots and peas which I first simmered in catalina dressing and brown sugar.

I was nervous about this one with the kids but it was a huge hit! I think I will cut down on the amount of pineapples next time. Overall, it was a success & I will make it again.

It's like a wannabe sweet and sour pork. The pork chops didn't have much flavor.

This recipe was great! My family loved it and even my husband who doesn't care for cooked pineapples or peppers, ate every bit of it. I used chicken instead of pork chops, and I'll be making this again!
